2068 grafts later I had a total of 9618 grafts from all 4 hair transplant procedures. Below are the surgical photos the day of surgery.  45 degree tilt  45 degree tilt close-up  Forelock area  Top of Head  Profile  Back of head closure - note: Dr. Hasson went down lower than he usually does in order to attempt to optimize the scar. There are risks involved due to the lack of supporting collagen below the occipital bump, but in order to harvest the old scar, maximize the amount of hair, and have the greatest potential at creating the most optimal scar, we agreed that he'd go lower. As a result, I've been asked to keep the staples in as long as I can - 4 weeks if I can muster. Yikes!
